ISCA Summer Programme 2022
The ISCA Summer School has been a tremendous success this year, with a packed calendar and curriculum that provided a framework for a deeply fulfilling creative and fun experience.
Within the theme of Creative DNA, specialist workshops enabled students to build their art and design skills within different specialisms including fashion, drawing, fine art, photography, typography and 3D design.
Outside of the studios there were organised trips to London's cultural landmarks including the Tate Modern gallery, Victoria & Albert Museum and Covent Garden. Other highlights included a private tour of Central Saint Martins College, which gave students a better understanding of university learning. Visits to the beautiful university town of Oxford and the historic town of Windsor were also popular and inspiring.
Evening and weekend activities provided a wealth of exciting opportunities including bowling, tennis, jewellery making and BBQs, all of which promoted a great sense of community within the group.
The Summer School was a busy and exciting time for all involved and culminated in a final exhibition of work which reflected an experimental and thoughtful creative approach.
