Study Abroad @ ISCA
Preliminary Programme
Study Abroad @ ISCA offers students the perfect opportunity to experience the benefits of an excellent UK art and design education first hand. A key element of Study Abroad is to encourage young people to engage in the creative process and foster critical thinking skills to realise their ideas.
Art and design teaching at ISCA focuses on developing practical skills through the development of ideas. English language tuition is an integral part of the course. Alongside studio-based lessons, students can enjoy all that cultural London has to offer through organised research trips to museums and galleries.
Study Abroad is a unique way to develop your creativity, across a broad range of art, design and fashion subjects in a supportive educational environment.
It is also designed to prepare students for either A levels or the Portfolio Programme. It is specifically for students who may not have previously studied art to a sufficient level or may need to improve their language ability. It can be seen as the first step to an extended course at ISCA.

Introduction to Fashion Skills Programme
The Introduction to Fashion Skills Programme is a short course offering a learning experience focused on the development of core skills in Fashion and Textile Design (e.g. pattern cutting, sewing, print design etc.). Through the creative process students will also refine a range of transferable skills and contextual knowledge which will facilitate progression onto advanced fashion design courses.
