How We Work with Agents
The International School of Creative Arts (ISCA) values the important role that education agents play in supporting international students and families.
As a UKVI Student Sponsor, the school is committed to ensuring that all recruitment practices are ethical, transparent and in the best interests of students. We therefore undertake due diligence on all education agents and representatives with whom we work. ISCA expects its agents to:
- provide accurate and honest information to students and parents;
- act professionally and ethically at all times;
- comply with UK immigration and visa requirements;
- support student welfare and safeguarding;
- avoid misleading or high-pressure recruitment practices;
- respect the principles of the UK Agent Quality Framework (AQF).
Prospective agents may be asked to complete an Agent Questionnaire and provide references and evidence of relevant professional training.
The school reserves the right to review, suspend or terminate relationships with agents where concerns arise regarding professional conduct, safeguarding, student welfare, visa compliance or ethical recruitment practices.
If you are interested in working with ISCA, please contact the Admissions Team for further information.
