Graduation and Scholarship Winners
ISCA celebrated the achievements of this year’s graduating students at a special ceremony on 19th June. A record number of this year’s students have achieved places at some of the top art and design institutions in the country. Natasha Makins and Hitoshi Shiota spoke on behalf of all students to thank staff who have supported them throughout their studies. Students were joined by family and guests to view the special end of year show over a delicious afternoon tea. ISCA wishes all students every success as they embark on the next chapter in their lives.
During the ceremony, ISCA scholarships were awarded to five deserving students who have proved themselves in their first year of study. ISCA’s Executive Director Colin Kerrigan and special guest Anthea Godfry handed out the scholarships to Wanci Xie for academic excellence in art and design, Vladislav Iakovlev for exceptional endeavour, Jinghan Fu for studio-based practice, and Anya Stern for superb critical and creative thinking skills. Claudia Lim was awarded the ISCA Ambassador Scholarship for her outstanding contribution to the school. Congratulations to all!
