On Campus

We go to great lengths to ensure that our students get the most out of ISCA, whether it is academically, creatively or socially.

As a vital part of our Enrichment Programme, the on-campus social and sporting activities allow students to discover new interest and develop strengths, with the many activities providing a lively backdrop for life long friendships to be formed.

Campus facilities

Situated on beautiful rural grounds in Buckinghamshire, we share our 20-acre campus and its leisure facilities with the well-established Teiko Japanese School.

Our shared leisure facilities include an indoor swimming pool, new sports hall, tennis courts and football pitches, as well as a large common room, allowing students ample opportunity to mix and befriend peers outside of the classroom.

All courses are located in our newly renovated building and are operated entirely separate from the Japanese school. The building accommodates a number of specialist art studios that are made available during after-school hours for students wanting to work on homework or personal projects. These rooms also host extra-curricular workshops that are open to both day and boarding students.

Our specialist library on campus is available for both research and recreational use with students also benefiting from access to the extensive library at Central Saint Martins and other UAL colleges.

Boarding

At ISCA, we provide our boarders with a supportive and nurturing environment while preparing them for independent living.

Boarders receive their own room fully equipped with a bed, study area, plenty of storage and en suite facilities. Students are encouraged to take responsibility to ensure their room is tidy with a weekly cleaning service provided. Laundry facilities are located on each floor of the boarding houses for students' personal items.

Dedicated prep time means dedicated learning. Our staff is at hand to help with difficult homework with most art facilities available outside of school hours. After prep time, students are able to socialise in the large common room equipped with a TV/DVD, billiard tables, fussball table and board games.

The safe living environment is monitored closely by the Head of Boarding who is there to ensure each student receives personal care and support. Focused on ensuring your child's happiness, they are at hand to help with school and personal matters, and act as the main point of contact between the school and parents.
